The Ultimate 12 Week Workout: Week 8

It took me 2 weeks to finish week 7. It was a pretty demanding workout and I my time was very limited because of personal errands and work. Nevertheless, I made it through and I hope you were able to through this rigorous workout week as well. Week 8 is no walk in the park…the good news is that we are close to being done with this program. I hope you are seeing results.
