Week 11: The Ultimate 12 Week Workout
Welcome to he beginning of the end. This week choose a very light weight. Something that you can get 20 to 25 reps but do only 5 reps. The trick this week is that your reps will be fast and explosive in an effort to really activate those growth hormones in your muscles. Good luck, stay strong.
